The touchless translation feature enables even more natural communication. It doesn't require manual operation of neither your earbud nor the application.

- Enable the touchless translation feature before starting a conversation.
- Start speaking when you hear the sound signal. The next person can start speaking only when your conversation partner has finished. Remember not to interrupt each other.
- The translator will automatically detect and translate your statements.

Because one earbud is for you and the other is for your conversation partner.
Do the earbuds provide free lifetime connectivity for translations?
No, they don't. You'll need to use your mobile phone data or connect to Wi-Fi. Our translator earbuds don't provide free lifetime connectivity. You can get it when you pair our language translator earbuds with Vasco Translator V4.
Can I buy only one earbud?
No, you can't. Vasco real time translation earbuds come in a set. It includes 2 earbuds for the right ear and a charging case.
How do I activate my translator earbuds?
Our live translation earbuds are activated automatically when removed from the case. They remain active for 2 minutes. After this time, if they are not used in a conversation, they go to sleep mode. The earbuds will restart when you move them.
Where can I change the settings of my earbuds?
You can change the settings of the Vasco translator earbuds in the Vasco Connect mobile app, as well as through a dedicated feature in Vasco Translator V4.
Where can I download the Vasco Connect mobile app?
You can download Vasco Connect to your phone from the Google Play Store for Android devices or from the App Store for iOS devices.
