TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION
'CHEAPER IN A SET'

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions") define the conditions and rules of the promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") conducted under the name "CHEAPER IN A SET"
    2. The organizer of the Promotion is Vasco Electronics Góralski Group S.K.A. with its registered office in Krakow at al. 29 Listopada 20, 31-401 Krakow, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow - Śródmieście in Krakow, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000421705, NIP: 6772369151 REGON: 12258185 (hereinafter: "Organizer").
    3. The Promotion will be valid from 18.02.2025 to 31.05.2025 (hereinafter "Duration of the Promotion"). The Organizer reserves the right to extend the duration of the Promotion without giving a reason. Any information about the change in the Promotion period will be posted on the Organizer's online store website available at: https://vasco-electronics.com/ (hereinafter: "Online Store").
    4. The purpose of the Promotion is to promote the purchase of translation devices in sets (hereinafter: "Promotional Set"). The Promotional Set includes the following devices:
      1. Vasco Translator V4 along with Vasco Translator E1
    5. The Promotion will be conducted in Poland, through the Online Store.
  2. GENERAL RULES OF THE PROMOTION
    1. Any customer of the Online Store can participate in the Promotion (hereinafter: "Participant").
    2. The Promotion is intended for each Participant who purchases a Promotional Set during the Duration of the Promotion. Promotional Sets will be clearly marked in the Online Store.
    3. The Promotion consists of granting a discount on the purchase of devices bought as part of the Promotional Set. Devices included in the Promotional Set that are purchased separately (in two separate transactions) or are added to the cart other than by selecting a product marked as a Promotional Set in the Online Store will not be subject to discounting.
    4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions. This exclusion does not apply to discount codes provided by the Organizer as part of other marketing campaigns.
    5. The Participant may exercise the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the Promotional Set. The withdrawal may apply to the entire Promotional Set or a part of it. In case of partial withdrawal from the contract (return of one of the products included in the Promotional Set), the Participant loses the right to the applied discount. In such a case, the amount subject to refund will be reduced by the value of the applied discount in such a way that the price paid for the product that is not subject to return corresponds to the price of this product in the Online Store, excluding the promotion established on the day of purchase by the Participant.

    Representative example: Price of product 1 - 100 PLN, Price of product 2 - 200 PLN, Price of product 1 and product 2 in the Promotional Set - 250 PLN. In case of return (withdrawal from the contract) of product 1, the Participant would receive a refund of 50 PLN. In case of return (withdrawal from the contract) of product 2, the Participant would receive a refund of 150 PLN.
  3. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
    1. Complaints related to the Promotion may be submitted by the Participant in writing to the Organizer's address: al. 29 Listopada 20, 31-401 Krakow or by email to: support@vasco-electronics.com.
    2. The content of the complaint should contain the Participant's identification data such as name and surname/company name and address/registered office, as well as a detailed description and reason for the submitted complaint.
    3. The Organizer will inform the interested Participant about the result of the complaint within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint, depending on the form of complaint submission - by registered mail to the address provided in the complaint submission or by email to the address from which the complaint was sent to the Organizer.
  4. PERSONAL DATA
    1. The administrator of the personal data of Participants using the Promotion is the Organizer of the Promotion.
    2. Personal data of Participants submitting complaints will be processed for the purpose of:
      1. enabling the Participant to use the Promotion - the legal basis is the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
      2. considering and responding to the submitted complaint - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in the necessity of processing to enable the Administrator to consider and respond to the submitted complaint;
      3. possible pursuit or defense against claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in enabling the Administrator to establish and pursue any claims or defend against such claims;
      4. fulfillment by the Organizer of obligations imposed on it by law in the scope of accounting and tax settlements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
    3. Personal Data of Participants will be stored for the period necessary to implement the Promotion, the complaint procedure related to the Promotion, and when it will be necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims related to the implementation of the Promotion, as well as to fulfill the obligations imposed on the Organizer by law in the scope of accounting and tax settlements.
    4. The Participant may contact the Organizer regarding all matters related to the processing of their personal data, including to exercise their rights related to data processing via email at: gdpr@vasco-electronics.com or in writing to the Organizer's address: al. 29 Listopada 20, 31-401 Krakow.
    5. The Participant has the right to access their data and the right to request their rectification, deletion or restriction of their processing, and the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
    6. The Participant also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  5. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. The condition for using the Promotion is to read the content of these Terms and Conditions and accept its provisions.
    2. In matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
    3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the content of the Terms and Conditions. In case of changes to the Terms and Conditions, its new content will be published on the Organizer's Online Store website. Changes to the Terms and Conditions may not violate the rights acquired by the Participant until the date of the change of the Terms and Conditions, nor worsen the conditions of the ongoing Promotion.
