The City Helpers, dressed in white and blue T-shirts and orange helmets, have once again taken to the streets of Krakow to welcome visitors arriving during the summer holidays. From 15 June until the end of the holiday season, the volunteers not only provide valuable information to tourists, but become ambassadors of the ‘Respect Krakow’ programme. This is an initiative that promotes Krakow as an open and friendly city, while encouraging visitors to observe important rules such as curfew, maintaining cleanliness and refraining from drinking alcohol in public places.

We equipped volunteers with their translators for the second year in a row, giving them 7 Vasco Translator V4 to help them communicate with tourists. Our cooperation last year proved to be a great support for Krakow. We are delighted to be able to contribute once again and make the work of the City Helpers easier.
