Another 11 experienced people will join the PMM Emergency Team. After field tests verifying medical skills, teamwork and resistance to crisis situations, we enthusiastically welcomed new team members on board.
At the same time, we would like to thank all candidates for participating in the recruitment process and for their determination and courage to face difficult tasks.
During the weekend training, we checked medical experience and physical preparation for operations in difficult terrain and more. It was also important to us how candidates deal with stress, time pressure, communication within the team and with patients.
