In our Kraków office, we celebrated the return of Mr. Marek and Edward from their amazing journey as Old Men Trip – Marek Tymiec. After over two and a half months on the road, traveling thousands of kilometers and visiting several countries, they are finally back in Poland.
We heard amazing stories about the hospitality of Iranians, the picturesque landscapes of Tajikistan and crazy drivers in Tehran. The gentlemen also told how they dared to drive a 2-wheel drive car to the over-4,000-meter pass in the Pamir Mountains.
There was also a story featuring our translator device. Vasco Translator V4 turned out to be irreplaceable. It helped with communication at the borders, conversations with local residents, and with understanding the mechanics who repaired the green van in difficult situations.
